Our Story
Since our founding in 2011 in Helsinki, OGOship has focused on solving the problems most 3PLs ignored. We recognised early that fulfilment alone wasn’t enough — that the moment after dispatch was where brands were quietly losing the customers they’d worked hardest to earn. Our journey has been marked by key milestones: building a multi-warehouse network across Europe and beyond, integrating branded tracking and customer communications, and launching a full post-purchase ecosystem covering returns, exchanges, store credit, claims, and AI-powered support. Today, OGOship is the 3PL built for what happens after the sale, and we keep growing in the direction our customers need most.
