At the moment product sync page is available only on the following online store platforms:
Go to the "product" page and click the "sync webshop products" button.
If the products are not visible, use the refresh button. This page is refreshed on hourly basis.
On this page you can see your products on both myOGO and your online store. Here you can check if the amounts and names match.
The red triangles are telling you that something is missing. Place your mouse cursor on the triangle and you can see what the error is.
If the products have not moved to OGOship, you can create the products there by choosing the product and clicking the "create product" button.
If you want to remove products from myOGO, click the product and choose "remove from OGOship".
If you want to deny some products to be chosen for the orders, you can ignore them by clicking the "ignore web shop product". The product name turns to yellow so it is easily identified.
You can always unignore products when you want.
"The book" icon indicates that this is a bundle. You can easily see on this page which products are bundles.
If the product and the bundle have the same SKU, the product is automatically chosen to the order, not the bundle. The bundle and the product needs to have different SKUs.
