OGOship is searching for an Account Manager to join the team. This position is a vital growing position within the company. You will work closely with the CEO to develop this small but fast growing company towards global growth targets. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, present customer management and the development of sales tools, metrics and online sales channels.


Must haves

  • You take initiative, work independently and require no regular Monday morning meetings.
  • You have experience with sales / account management.
  • You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
  • You love remote working and the tools related: remote meetings, company chats, screen sharing etc.
  • Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, logistics or other suitable area.
  • You really, really want to succeed and make the company grow.

Nice to haves

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set or experience in working in a small organization.
  • You have experience with online retailing in the position of online retailer, platform provider or service provider.
  • You have experience with software sales or software integration.
  • You have experience in warehousing operations (intra warehouse operations), warehousing software or intra-warehouse operations optimization.


  • You contact European sales leads and guide them through the customer onboarding path, usually by email or by phone.
  • You manage larger sales accounts and offer the best possible service package.
  • You manage the growth paths of present customers offering new services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You develop sales processes, CRM software and customer key metrics.
  • You manage and develop online sales channels and onboarding process.

  • Good salary.


  • The team is located in two cities in Finland and in Estonia. However, travelling will be kept at a minimum as remote working is preferred.
  • The candidate must be able to work 100 % time within the Helsinki metropolitan area.
  • Office in Helsinki, although much work can also be done remotely.
